The Transnet Conference at Birchwood Hotel required compliance with SASREA, JOC approval, an event Safety Officer, an On-Site OHS Manager and On-site Medical Services. 

Gintan Luthuli Associates performed all required SASREA applications to SAPS for Risk Categorization. GLA compiled the written safety and security plan for the event. The Event was required by the JOC to have an event safety officer and an Onsite OHS Manager, which GLA provided. GLA facilitated the on-site medical services that the event required.
