The Bridal Expo held at Oakfield Farm on January 28th and 29th 2023 was a much-anticipated event for bridal couples and wedding specialists alike. The event, which aimed to provide inspiration for couples planning their dream wedding, was a huge success, attracting hundreds of visitors over the course of the two-day event.
As event safety consultants, Gintan Luthuli Associates’ main focus was to ensure that the event was carried out in a safe and secure manner, in accordance with SASREA, JOC Approval, and all relevant event safety regulations.
In preparation for the event, our team worked closely with the event organizers to implement a comprehensive event safety management plan.
This included the appointment of a highly qualified and experienced event safety officer, who was responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety and security during the event.
On the day of the event, our team was on-site to monitor safety and ensure that all necessary measures were in place. This included conducting regular risk assessments, monitoring the crowd, and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may have arisen.
